Paddy Power the Bookmakers were having difficulty ensuring that their promotional material was being displayed correctly and effectively. Compliance levels were low because the material produced did not take into account the different sizes and formats of windows, backboards and in-store areas in which it was going to be displayed.
We undertook a site survey, visiting every one of Paddy Power's stores in the UK and Ireland, and measured all relevant in-store and window POS display areas. From this data we created a store profile database including 3D models of selected stores.
Using this information, plus our knowledge of materials and production processes, we worked out what would work best within the budget - on windows, backboards and in-store.
