The Prince's Trust, the well-known charity came to us in 2005 for a fulfilment service. They wanted us to regularly send a great variety of materials to thousands of schools, colleges, young offender institutions and regional offices across the UK - and take care of all the details.

Our solution

We set up a dedicated storage facility at our London fulfilment centre to hold marketing & training materials and established 'The Princes Trust Literature Order Line'.

Daily telephone requests and orders from an on-line catalogue are received, picked, packed & despatched to hundreds of schools, colleges and youth offender institutions every day.

Our customer services team sends out mass mailings to thousands of addresses, manages enquiries from customers, handles follow up responses and maintains the mailing database. We provide a full stock control service, maintain stock levels, recycle dead stock and handle material re-ordering.

We also help organise national events such as the Prince's Trust Concerts and send marketing materials to attendees and to the event itself

The results

Since commencing the contract in 2002, we have consistently exceeded performance targets year on year. MPD is proud to be associated with such a worthy cause and delighted to be considered by the charity as an intrinsic part of the organisation.
